Portrait of Judy
The Westmoreland Museum of American Art commissioned painter Robert Qualters and photographer Mark Perrott to produce a portrait of retiring Museum Director Judith O’Toole. Their collaboration resulted in Portrait of Judy, a 36”x 36” painted photograph surrounded by a 5 inch wide frame created from salvaged bits and pieces of abandoned and broken ornate frames.
